In February 2024, the Leadership Team surveyed our staff and volunteers to understand better who works at Klinic and how they identify, providing a baseline understanding of the diversity within our workplace.
We would like to thank our staff and volunteers for taking the time to complete our survey. The information provided is essential in helping guide our work and achieving our goal of increasing diversity, equity and representation across our organization, and creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

Of the 341 surveys sent to Klinic’s staff and volunteers:
- 184 responded, for a 54% response rate
- 174 completed the survey
- 6 identified that they did not wish to participate in the survey
